Massage Types:

Shiatsu: A massage that applies pressure to certain points on the body and focuses on rotating and stretching limbs, joints and meridians.

Deep Tissue: This massage helps to treat issues such as strains and sports injuries. It involves kneading that penetrate deeper tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduces tension in muscles.

Swedish: A swedish massage to relax the whole body. One of the benefits is an increase in circulation and a benefit is relieving tension. 

Reflexology:  Very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired, achy feet. The therapist applies pressure to these reflex areas.

    We offer multiple massage treatments. We are skilled in techniques such as acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology, deep tissue, swedish and much more! We also offer multi-step skin treatments also known as facials. 

    • What can I expect after booking my appointment? 

    After you book our 5 star massage, you can expect our experienced therapist to meet your at the location of your choice, in as little as one hour. The therapist will bring his or her equipment that is necessary in order to give you a spa-quality treatment. 

    • How long will a massage treatment last? 

    We have different options varying from 60-min, 75-min, or 90-min sessions. Many people prefer to book a 60 to 90-minute session for optimal relaxation. It is essential to always allow relaxation time prior to and after the session.

    • How will I feel after my massage treatment?
      Most people will feel very relaxed after their treatment. Others will experience instant relief from pain or aches that we long-term. Many feel slowed-down and then experience an increase of energy. The benefit we have is that we allow you to experience this relaxation in your home, so there is no need for you to head into the chaos of the city afterwards.
